Therapy Services for Children, Adults, and Families

Practical, Evidence-Based Care Tailored to Your Needs

How I Work

I work with children, parents, families, and adults. The first step is understanding what’s happening and what you’re looking for. I draw on methods I’m trained in to recommend an approach that fits.

Children

Parents come to me with questions about their child’s behavior or development. They may wonder whether what they’re seeing is typical for their child’s age, what might be behind it, or whether ADHD, anxiety, ASD, or another concern could be involved. I work with parents to help them better understand what’s happening and consider what to do next.

My work with children may include PCIT, play-based therapy, and attachment-based therapy, depending on the child and family. I draw on methods I’m trained in to understand what’s happening and recommend an approach that fits.

Adults

Adults often begin therapy when the ways they have managed stress in the past are no longer working. You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, parenting demands, work stress, ADHD, or a major life transition. Sometimes there is no single crisis. You may simply feel overwhelmed, disconnected, dissatisfied, or unsure about what needs to change.

I work with individuals experiencing marital and relationship concerns, adult ADHD, pregnancy and postpartum, trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression.

Families

I work with families who are dealing with divorce, co-parenting, and blending families to sort out these challenges and find solutions that fit their family.

I also offer Parent–child interaction therapy (PCIT) to improve the interactions between parents and children by establishing a balance between parental control and child autonomy. PCIT provides parents with clear, practical skills so they can feel confident and capable when handling tough situations with their child.
