Licensed Clinical Psychologist

I am a dedicated therapist committed to providing evidence-based treatments to children, families, and adults. With a compassionate and relational approach, I specialize in fostering healing and meaningful change. My expertise spans a wide range of areas, including child development, parenting support, co-parenting, trauma-informed care, and individual therapy. I utilize specific therapeutic interventions that are shown to deliver lasting changes. Specialized training includes Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Depth-Oriented and Humanistic approaches, Cognitive approaches, Play Therapy Models, Social Skills Training, Trauma Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In addition, many families have sought my Education services when navigating Special Education and Accommodations. Conditions I commonly treat include Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity (ADHD), Specific Learning Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Oppositional Defiant Disorders (ODD), Divorce and Co-parenting concerns, Anxiety, Depression, and Relationship distress.
